People often complain that the beer in the store is not very tasty, not very healthy, or not real at all. The question arises: where can you try beer that will suit them? Maybe go to a beer festival in Central Europe? There is an easier solution - to brew the beer yourself.

Step 1

Prepare malt. In order to make malt, you need ingredients. In this case, they will be grains. Which grain to malt with depends on your preference. You can make wheat beer or barley beer. Rye with oats is also suitable. When the desired grains have already been selected, you can proceed directly to the cooking process. Place the grains in a deep bowl and cover with water. After waiting for the grains to germinate (and you have to wait for several days), drain the remaining water that has not been absorbed into the grains, and you will get malt.

Step 2

Make a wort. To get it, you need to dilute the malt with water. In order to get beer wort, and not just boiled malt, you need to proceed as follows: boil clean water, then cool it to 60 degrees and add malt. Stir all this, cover and leave to simmer for a few hours, at the same time add hops to the brew. Cool the resulting liquid, give it access to oxygen.

Step 3

Add brewer's yeast. Thanks to them, beer becomes similar to itself, getting alcohol from yeast. The time it takes to ferment is ideally about two weeks. The first week the wort is cooled down to 10-15 degrees. For the second week, the beer continues to cool, but is already in wooden barrels.

Step 4

Make your beer easier. Previously, a method of brewing beer was presented, in compliance with all technologies. But not everyone has barrels at home, and not everyone has the patience to brew beer for so long. It can be made much easier. Take the ingredients, namely: 2.5 liters of malt, 5 liters of water, 3 glasses of hops, half a teaspoon of salt, 50 g of dry yeast and 150 g of sugar syrup. Next, stir the malt in chilled water and leave for 24 hours. Boil for a couple of hours, then add the hops. Boil it all for half an hour, then strain and cool to 40 degrees. Put beer shake and half a cup of syrup in the resulting liquid. Stir and leave for 5 hours. Pour the beer into bottles, seal them in a day. Wait two more days, and then you can start drinking your homemade beer.
