Historically, the old traditions of both industrial and home brewing were lost in the USSR. It should be said that Russian brewing was at a decent level. Fortunately, some of the old home-brewed beer recipes have survived to this day.
It is necessary

- 1/4 bucket of barley malt
- 2 buckets of cold water
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g hops
- 100 g dry yeast
- 400 g molasses
Instructions
Step 1
Fill 1/4 bucket of barley malt with 2 buckets of cold water. Leave it for a day.
Step 2
After a day, pour the resulting infusion into a cauldron, add tsp. salt and boil for 2 hours.
Step 3
Add 100 g of hops and cook for another 30 minutes. Let cool to steamed milk temperature.
Step 4
Strain the resulting liquid.
Step 5
Take some of this liquid and dilute 100 g of dry yeast in it. Add the diluted yeast to the rest of the liquid.
Step 6
Add 400 g molasses. Mix everything well and leave for 5-10 hours.
Step 7
Bottle, but only stop every other day.
