To prepare mushroom steaks you will need:
- beef tenderloin, 4 pieces of 200 grams;
- red wine, 200 ml;
- champignons, 200 grams (peel and crumble);
- beef broth, 200 ml;
- shallots, 2 pcs. (grind);
- garlic, 2 cloves (chop);
- rosemary, 2 tsp (finely chop);
- olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
The oven should heat up to 200 degrees, and at this time, the meat must be salt and pepper, then fry in a pan until an appetizing crust appears - about 5 minutes on each side.
Fried steaks must be placed in the oven (you can use a frying pan if it is suitable for this) and hold for about 8 minutes so that the steaks are medium cooked with juice.
