  • For potatoes:
  • - 1 kg of potatoes;
  • - 30 ml of olive oil;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.
  • For the sauce:
  • - a bunch of fresh parsley;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - juice of half a lemon;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 15 ml of water;
  • - 30 ml of olive oil;
  • - 50 g of grated Parmesan.

The potatoes must be washed thoroughly and cut into small cubes.
