Turkey in a fragrant sauce is not only a very tasty and delicate dish, but also a dietary one. The dish will suit any festive occasion. Especially on the great holiday of Christmas, it will be the perfect treat.
It is necessary
- - turkey;
- - 4 liters of cold water;
- - 1 liter of beer;
- - 4 tbsp. l. salt;
- - 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. l. peppercorns;
- - 6 pcs. dry red pepper;
- - juniper berries;
- - carnation;
- - Bay leaf;
- - 4 tbsp. l. adjika;
- - 4 tbsp. l. oyster sauce;
- - 2 tbsp. l. sesame oil.
Instructions
Step 1
You will need a turkey, about 7 kg.
Step 2
Pour half a liter of water into a medium-sized saucepan, throw in black pepper, dry red pepper, juniper berries, cloves and bay leaves.
Step 3
After boiling water, remove from heat and allow to cool, then mix with main water and beer.
Step 4
Add salt and brown sugar, stir until the salt and sugar dissolve.
Step 5
Place the turkey in the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
Step 6
Drain the marinade and spread the turkey with adjika, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
Step 7
Put the turkey on a baking sheet, wrap it in foil and send it to the oven.
Step 8
Cooking time 3 hours 30 minutes. About 20 minutes before cooking, remove the foil and brown the turkey a little.
