First of all, open the condensed milk. Then chop 100 grams of butter. Place the saucepan over low heat.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, gradually pouring the condensed milk into it. Stir constantly so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the saucepan. Remove from heat.

Chop the nuts at random and dry them in a dry skillet. Walnuts, pistachios or hazelnuts are delicious to use. Do not use cashews, they will lose their taste. You can also add pumpkin or sunflower seeds and dried berries to the burfi.

Add one glass of powdered milk to the slightly cooled mixture of condensed milk and butter, mix with a spatula. Add toasted nuts. Add another glass of powdered milk, stir.
Step 5
Lubricate the burfi trays with oil. If there are no molds, you can use any form, just lay a film on it first.
Step 6
Divide the candy mass into the tins. Place the molds in the refrigerator for two hours. After this time, remove the candies from the molds, put them on a plate and serve with tea! Delicious!
