Most often, fresh radishes are cut into various vegetable salads. This vegetable gives them some piquancy and adds freshness. But with the product in question, you can cook other dishes.
It is necessary
- - 1 loaf;
- - 7-9 pieces of fresh radish;
- - 150 grams of butter;
- - a handful of fresh herbs;
- - ground black pepper;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need to properly prepare the radish - wash it thoroughly under running water, and then dry it slightly with a towel. It is enough to put the vegetables on a paper napkin for a couple of minutes to drain excess moisture from them.
Step 2
Washed and peeled radishes should be grated on a coarse grater. It is better not to use a blender for this purpose, otherwise you will get a tasteless vegetable porridge. If it is not possible to grate the product, you can simply cut it into small slices with a knife.
Step 3
Fresh herbs - rinse thoroughly, and then dry and finely chop with a sharp knife. It is necessary not only to improve the taste of the prepared dish, but also to give the butter an appetizing greenish tint.
Step 4
The oil should be slightly softened, seasoned with salt, pepper and mixed with all previously prepared vegetables. The result is a bright and aromatic "radish oil". It will be a great ingredient for sandwiches.
Step 5
Before spreading the butter on the loaf, you can lightly dry the bread in the oven or, if desired, fry in sunflower oil with chopped garlic. This type of sandwiches is perfect for a summer breakfast, a picnic with friends, or even for a festive table in nature.
