This dish is prepared very easily and quickly, moreover, it is very economical. Both adults and, most importantly, children eat it with great pleasure. Used "salmon" oil for making sandwiches. It can also be used as an additive to boiled potatoes or, for example, pasta.

- Lightly salted salmon or trout 200 g
- Salt to taste

Instructions
Step 1
We take scraps of salmon or trout and salt them. Now let them lie down for 1-2 hours.
Step 2
We take out the oil from the refrigerator and leave it for the same 1-2 hours while the fish is salted. We need it to soften.
Step 3
If you obeyed me and took the scraps, then first carefully separate the skins and check for bones.
Step 4
We twist the salmon in a meat grinder.
Step 5
Add it to the softened butter, mix gently with a fork and twist this mass again. That's it, the butter for the sandwiches is ready.
When cooking, remember to sprinkle finely chopped herbs on the sandwich.
