Step 1

Bread is better to take hard or slightly dried. You can generally replace bread with thin slices. Cut into small thin slices with a sharp knife.

Step 2

Take the fillet of smoked salmon, remove the skin and bones, if any. Cut into small pieces. You can use a vegetable cutter or blender.

Step 3
