Preparation:

  1. The first thing to do is to prepare the peas. To do this, the cereal is thoroughly washed, and then poured with clean water and left for at least 3 hours in order for it to swell. After that, you will need to drain the liquid.
  2. While the peas are soaking, you need to prepare the vegetables. The first step is to wash and peel the celery root. It is cut into small cubes with a sharp knife.
  3. Then you need to thoroughly wash and peel the carrots. It can be ground in two ways. First, the carrots can be chopped using a coarse grater. And secondly, it can be chopped in the same way as celery using a knife. It should be borne in mind that the cubes of both root crops should be approximately equal in size.
  4. Potato tubers are thoroughly washed and cleaned. They should be cut into small enough pieces. Then peel the bulbs and cut them into cubes.
