This soup can be attributed to the dishes of Polish cuisine, because many tourists who came from Poland remember it. The beauty of this soup is that it can be very different depending on the amount of ingredients and, most importantly, depending on the seasonings used. In the summer heat, you can add the simplest seasonings, and in winter, when the food should warm up, add more spicy seasonings that warm the blood
It is necessary
- Dried peas - 0.5 kg;
- Carrots - 1 pc.;
- Onions - 1 pc.;
- Smoked sausages - 300 g;
- Milk sausages - 300 g;
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- Salt, pepper, spices - to taste

Step 1
Rinse the peas under running water and cook over medium heat.

Grate the carrots, chop the onion into small cubes. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil

Cut the potatoes into small cubes or strips. Check the readiness of the peas - if they are almost cooked, add the potatoes to the pot.
Step 4
Cut the sausages and sausages into medium-sized slices and add them to the pot after the potatoes are cooked, then add the carrot and onion stir-fry. Boil for 5 minutes

Add bay leaf, spices and salt to a saucepan, boil for 2 minutes - the soup is ready.
