These English muffins are a great alternative to your usual morning scrambled eggs!
It is necessary
- - 4 slices of bacon;
- - 55 ml of milk;
- - 1 tbsp. parsley;
- - 4 tsp grated parmesan;
- - 4 eggs;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Until the oven temperature reaches the desired value, fry the bacon slices until crisp in a dry frying pan (at the same time we will melt excess fat out of it!).
Step 2
Finely chop the dried bacon with a knife.
Step 3
Use a hand whisk to lightly beat the eggs until smooth - we don't need foam! Pour in milk. Add a little salt and pepper to taste, your favorite chopped herbs and grated Parmesan to the egg mixture and stir.
Step 4
Lightly grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and pour the mixture over them. Put chopped cracklings on top. Place in a hot oven for about 15 minutes.
