Meat muffins stuffed with quail eggs can be a great Easter meal. Easter marks the end of Lent, which means there must be meat dishes on the table. In England, these are traditional chickens, in America - the Easter bunny, and somewhere - lambs or ducks. There are no “meat” traditions in Russia, so you can experiment.
