It is necessary

Instructions
Step 1
Take a flat potato, about the same size, with a total weight of about half a kilogram. Rinse the potatoes well in warm water. For particularly dirty areas, you can use the hard side of the dish sponge. Place the washed potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cold water and place on the stove. Cook the potatoes until cooked through, about twenty minutes from boiling. Remove from the stove and drain the pot and let the potatoes cool completely. Gently peel the cooled potatoes and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Rinse the carrots well, remove the leaves and the tip with the root. Place in a small saucepan, cover with cold water and place on the stove. Cook until the carrots are well pierced with a fork. Remove from stove, drain and cool. Peel the carrots and cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Dry the pickled cucumbers a little from the brine, cut into small cubes. Hard-boiled eggs, cool and grate on a fine grater. Remove the sprats from the jars and place them on a paper towel to remove excess fat. Remove ponytails and bones.
