For the holidays, I want to put as many salads on the table as possible, but it is very difficult to come up with something new and original. Salad with sprats will bring a touch of freshness and novelty to your festive table.

- - 150 g sprat
- - 50 g white bread croutons
- - 100 g fresh cucumbers
- - 150 g canned corn
- - 100 g of hard cheese
- - 50 g mayonnaise
- - 1 clove of garlic

Step 1
You can buy croutons at the store. This will save you time. For a healthier salad, make your own croutons. Finely chop white bread, place on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven. When the bread hardens and becomes golden brown, the croutons are ready.
Step 2
Pour the croutons with sprat oil in advance. This will soak the croutons and be less firm. Plus, they'll get sated with the taste of sprat.
Step 3
Place the sprats on a plate and mash them well with a fork. They should turn into minced fish.

Add canned corn to the sprats.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Then add it to the salad bowl with the sprats and corn. Choose not very salty cheese for this salad.

Wash fresh cucumbers and cut them into very small cubes. The size of the cubes should be no larger than the size of canned corn. Add the sliced cucumbers to the salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 7
Chop a clove of garlic finely. Add to salad bowl.
Step 8
Add croutons to the rest of the ingredients. Brush the salad with mayonnaise. The amount of mayonnaise can vary depending on your taste. Put the prepared salad in the refrigerator for a while before serving. You can decorate the dish with herbs.
