Potato salad is not just a salad with potatoes, it is a very satisfying snack in which this vegetable plays a major role. Usually, for such salads, potatoes are pre-boiled in their uniforms. Potato salad with sprats and olives is prepared in layers, it turns out to be hearty, very tasty, and thanks to the design it looks beautiful even on a festive table.
It is necessary
- - 1 potato tuber;
- - 10 olives;
- - 1 pickled cucumber;
- - half a can of sprat in oil;
- - olive oil;
- - salad greens;
- - sesame seeds.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, rub on a coarse grater. Salt a little.
Step 2
Drain the oil from the sprat, chop the fish with a fork. Cut the pickled cucumber into strips.
Step 3
Place a round springform dish without a bottom on a flat dish.
Step 4
Start to lay out the salad in layers. First, a third of grated potatoes, sprats on top, then potatoes and cucumber again.
Step 5
Finish with a layer of potatoes and chopped olives.
Step 6
Remove the mold carefully, taking care not to damage the salad. Garnish with lettuce leaves, whole fish sprat on top. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
