Discover new flavors of the classic Mexican appetizer guacamole by grilling all the ingredients.
It is necessary
- - 3 small avocados;
- - 1 small lime;
- - 1, 5 medium onions;
- - a bunch of parsley or coriander;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- - 1 large tomato;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the avocado with a vegetable peeler, cut into 2 pieces and remove the pit. Cut the onions (it is better to choose red or at least not "evil" white) cut into rings. Cut the tomato into segments.
Step 2
Preheat grill and brush with 1.5 tbsp. oils. Place avocado, tomatoes, onion on top of it and bake until brown stripes appear.
Step 3
Transfer the avocado to a bowl and mash with a fork until puree. Squeeze a clove of garlic to it, add the juice of 1 lime and stir.
Step 4
Finely chop the slightly cooled onion and tomato into a cube with a knife. Chop parsley or cilantro. Add prepared ingredients to the seasoned avocado puree, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix thoroughly. Serve with a classic Mexican tortilla.
