Guacamole is a traditional Mexican sauce made from an unusual set of ingredients. The savory blend combines vegetables, spices and avocado. You can use the dish as a sauce or as a dressing for salads, meat or fish.
It is necessary
- - 4 large avocados
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - chili or hot green peppers
- - 1 lime or lemon
- - 1 bunch of cilantro
- - 2 small tomatoes
- - 1 head of onion
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - vegetable or olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the avocado thoroughly and remove the skin. Grind the pulp with a fork or blender.
Step 2
Place the lemon in hot water for a few minutes and then squeeze the juice out of it. Mix the avocado with lemon juice. Add chopped chili peppers (or green hot peppers). Mix the ingredients again.
Step 3
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water, and then carefully remove the skin. Chop the pulp. Chop the cilantro finely.
Step 4
Chop the onion and garlic thoroughly. Combine all the ingredients in one container and add salt, black pepper and vegetable oil.

Guacamole sauce is traditionally served chilled. It should be in the refrigerator for at least an hour before use.
