Mexican guacamole sauce with a twinkle is perfect for both regular chips and traditional nachos. It is not very difficult to prepare it, and the necessary ingredients are now available in all major stores.
It is necessary
- - half a hot pepper;
- - half a clove of garlic;
- - 2 ripe tomatoes;
- - half a young bulb (bulb sold with green stems);
- - 2 avocados;
- - 1 spoon of olive oil;
- - 1 lime (lemon can be used);
- - 1 spoonful of coriander (finely chopped).

Instructions
Step 1
Peel the hot pepper from the seeds, and the garlic clove from the peel. Grind half of both in a mortar.
Step 2
Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop very, very finely. Chop the onion as finely as possible.
Step 3
Squeeze lime (lemon) juice, set aside.
Step 4
Peel the avocado, cut into small pieces and chop with a fork in a bowl. You cannot use a blender, since the mass will not turn out to be puree, but too watery. In mashed potatoes, you need to immediately pour in lime (lemon) juice, otherwise the avocado will darken from interaction with oxygen.
Step 5
Add all the chopped ingredients and the garlic and hot pepper gruel to the avocado. Stir, salt, add chopped coriander and a spoonful of olive oil. Stir very gently again. Mexican guacamole is ready to serve.
