Ice cream is one of the favorite treats of both children and adults. In order not to doubt the quality of this product, prepare it yourself at home. The recipe below will allow you to prepare a delicious and aromatic dessert in just a few minutes, you just need to wait for it to freeze.
It is necessary
- - 500 ml of milk;
- - 100 g of dry milk;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 20 g starch;
- - 15 g cocoa;
- - a tablespoon of walnuts.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, mix granulated sugar with milk powder, then dissolve the resulting mixture in 450 g of milk (you need to dissolve thoroughly to eliminate lumps, you can use a mixer to achieve this goal).
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a saucepan, put it on low heat and bring to a boil.
Step 3
In a cup with 50 ml of cold milk, dilute the potato starch and pour this mass into the boiled milk. Continue to boil for three minutes to turn the milk into jelly.
Step 4
Strain the mixture through a fine metal sieve. Add cocoa powder to it and beat everything well with a mixer.
Step 5
Grind the walnuts (absolutely any nuts, as well as dried fruits and seeds can be used to make this ice cream), fry them in a pan without oil and add them to the hot milk mass.
Step 6
Pour the cooled contents of the pan into a mold and place in the freezer for 30-40 minutes, the temperature of which is minus 6-8 degrees. After the specified time has elapsed, take out the mold with half-finished ice cream and beat the mass again, then put it back in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. Repeat this whipping procedure until the ice cream is completely frozen (this is necessary in order for it to be very tender, without crunchy pieces of ice).
Step 7
Put the finished ice cream with a special spoon in beautiful vases and decorate, for example, with grated chocolate or mint leaves, you can sprinkle it with cocoa powder on top.
