Few people know about such a product as fern, and if they do, then few people know how to cook it. Therefore, I present a recipe for a delicious fern salad with beef and vegetables.
It is necessary
- - 600 g salted fern
- - 300 g fresh beef without veins (it is better to use a spatula)
- - 1 medium onion head
- - 1 medium carrot
- - soy sauce
- - mashed tomatoes or tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
- - oil for frying
- - a pinch of ground black pepper
- - garlic
Instructions
Step 1
First, soak the fern in cold water for 6-8 hours.
Step 2
Cut the beef into thin strips. Cut the onion into half rings and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Next, add frying oil to a well-heated deep frying pan and fry the onions and carrots in it until golden brown. Then add the chopped meat and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the soaked fern and fry it with meat and vegetables for another 10 minutes. Then add ground pepper spices and squeeze out the garlic. Drizzle with soy sauce to taste and add grated tomatoes.
Step 5
Mix everything thoroughly, cover and simmer until tender (25-30 minutes). This dish can be served hot or cold.
