- brandy 50-100 ml

- freshly squeezed juice from one lemon

- beef broth about 300 ml

- garlic 4 cloves

- Worcester sauce two tbsp. spoons

Meat recipe

Place black peppercorns in a food processor or mortar and chop. After that, the washed and slightly dried beef tenderloin should be greased with olive oil, then rolled in freshly ground pepper and a little salt.

The seasoned beef must then be wrapped in several layers of foil and cooked for one hour at 180 degrees in the oven.

After baking the beef tenderloin, meat juice should form, which must be poured into a saucepan or small saucepan. It is very easy to drain the juice without unwrapping the meat, just make a hole with a knife at the bottom of the foil. It is necessary to bring this liquid to a boil, add shallots, chopped very finely. It should be stewed for about three minutes, then add chopped garlic, Worcester sauce, freshly squeezed juice from one lemon, as well as brandy and set fire. Simmer the sauce for another 3 minutes and add the butter, freshly chopped parsley and thyme. The sauce is ready.

Stewed Vegetables Recipe

A large frying pan or cauldron is required. We put our cauldron or frying pan on the strongest fire, pour two tablespoons of refined vegetable oil and pour out all the peeled and diced vegetables. Stir the vegetables every two minutes, but not more often for 6 minutes, then add salt and pepper and pour in the beef broth.
