We present you an unusual recipe for baked beef with vegetables. Soaked in juice from vegetables, the meat becomes very juicy and takes on an unusual taste, since the ingredients in the dish are not quite ordinary. From the listed ingredients, you get a dish for 4 people.
It is necessary
- • beef - 1/2 kg;
- • frozen corn - 200 g;
- • sweet Bulgarian red pepper - 200 g;
- • tomatoes - 200 g;
- • carrots - 1-2 pcs;
- • onions - 150 g;
- • green peas - 100 g;
- • optional rosemary.
Instructions
Step 1
The beef is cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Chop the onion finely.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into two parts, remove the seeds and rinse well. Cut the peeled peppers into strips.
Step 4
Tomatoes are cut into wedges or small pieces.
Step 5
Carrots are cut on a grater. It can also be cut into small pieces.
Step 6
All vegetables are mixed, laid out in a mold (do not forget to grease with oil) and salted. The meat is placed along with the vegetables.
Step 7
Sprigs of rosemary are laid out on top.
Step 8
The resulting dish must be placed in the oven for 50 minutes. If you wish, you can cover the form with foil so that it does not burn.
Step 9
After 50 minutes, the form is taken out.
Step 10
Let the dish cool and steep, and only then serve.
