Beef is a very tasty meat that is highly valued by nutritionists and gourmets from all over the world. The product is rich in zinc and iron, which makes it beneficial for the human body. Many different dishes can be prepared from such meat, for example, juicy beef with vegetables and green salad, which is ideal for the New Year's table.

To cook delicious beef with vegetables, you will need the following ingredients:

  • cherry tomatoes for serving,
  • lettuce leaves for serving,
  • a sprig of rosemary
  • any spices for beef,
  • salt,
  • 60 ml olive oil,
  • 500 g of beef pulp.

Cooking steps:

  1. Rinse the piece of beef thoroughly under running water and cut it into three equal portions approximately three centimeters thick.
  2. Take any seasoning for meat and combine it with 60 milliliters of olive oil, a pinch of salt. Spread each piece of beef with the resulting marinade on all sides. Marinate the meat warm for about an hour and a half. Then place the slices in a hot skillet, fry on each side for four minutes, until crisp.
  3. Transfer the fried beef to a baking sheet, bake in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  4. While the pieces of marinated meat are baked, rinse and dry cherry tomatoes and lettuce leaves. Cut the tomatoes into halves, tear the salad with your hands.
  5. Put the finished beef in plates, put the salad leaves next to it, on top of them halves of cherry tomatoes and rosemary.
