- - 250 g semolina
- - 80 ml of vegetable oil
- - 25 ml of water
- - 3 tomatoes
- - 1 onion
- - 1 tsp tomato paste
- - salt, pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1
First, take semolina and add vegetable oil to it. Stir well with a whisk.
Step 2
Add water in a small stream. Knead the dough. Cover the dough with a towel or plastic wrap.

Prepare the filling. Pour hot water over the tomatoes, peel them and cut into cubes.
Step 4
Chop the onion finely, fry in vegetable oil. Add tomatoes, 1 tsp. tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each piece into a round layer. Put the filling on the first layer, then cover with the second layer. Pinch the edges. Pierce the cake with a fork.
Step 6
Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
