Step 1

Combine sunflower oil and water in one saucepan. Put the resulting liquid mixture on fire. Once it boils, remove it from the stove.

Step 2

Add wheat flour to the hot slurry of water and vegetable oil. Stir until all lumps disappear and the mixture acquires a uniform consistency.

Step 3

Add chicken eggs to the bulk, but not all at once, but one at a time, and after each thoroughly kneading the mixture. Mix everything until smooth. Then add vanillin there. Stir again. This will end up with a very sticky choux pastry.

Cover the baking sheet in which the cake will be prepared with special baking paper, that is, parchment. Then brush it well with sunflower oil. Spread the sticky dough in an even layer on this greased surface. You can level it both with your hands and with a spoon.
