In a small cup, mix kefir and water at room temperature, you can also use cold ones, but the dough will not turn out so soft. In another cup, beat one medium egg and pour in kefir mixed with water.

Add a pinch of salt to the flour and sift. Add it in small portions to the yogurt and egg, knead the dough. First with a fork or whisk, and then with your hands. We will get a pretty cool dough, crumple it for ten minutes and roll it into a ball. We wrap it in a bag and leave it to rest for half an hour.
