Lazy dumplings are ideal for breakfast, including for children. This dish is not only prepared very quickly, but also nutritious and healthy, because it makes a large amount of cottage cheese. And to make it even tastier and brighter, you can cook it with blueberry filling.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 egg;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - 1, 5 glasses of flour;
- - butter;
- - blueberries.
Instructions
Step 1
Break an egg into the curd, add sugar and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Then slowly add flour and knead to a soft dough.
Step 2
Roll a 2 cm diameter sausage out of the dough and cut it across into small pieces. Wrap a fresh blueberry in each.
Step 3
Boil water and add a little salt. Throw in the lazy dumplings, bring to a boil and after a couple of minutes, remove them with a slotted spoon.
Step 4
Add some butter to the dish, sprinkle with sugar and stir gently. Serve with fresh blueberries.
