  • - flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • - milk - 1 tbsp;

Instructions

Step 1

To shorten the time, instead of making lasagna dough, we take thin Armenian lavash.

In a frying pan, heat up the sunflower oil and fry the minced meat until tender, add salt and pepper, mix everything. Put the finished minced meat in a bowl.

Step 2

Peel the onions, finely chop and fry them in the juice left over from the minced meat. Add sunflower oil if necessary. Cut the tomatoes into slices, and the bell peppers into strips, add to the pan and fry with the onions.

Step 3

Then we prepare the sauce: fry the flour in melted butter, stirring constantly. We heat the milk and pour it into the flour, stirring constantly, so that no lumps form. Add salt and spices, mix. Leave the sauce for 10-15 minutes to thicken.

Step 4

Cut sheets of pita bread to fit the size of the mold. Grease the bottom of the baking sheet with sunflower oil and first spread a sheet of pita bread, minced meat on it, then pita bread, vegetables on it, again pita bread. Top with lasagna sauce. Repeat the layers if necessary. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle with lasagne 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
