Recipe 1 - lazy pizza

- 250 ml of kefir
- 1 chicken egg
- 200 g sausages (ham)
- 15 olives
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 cup flour (approximately)

- fresh dill
- salt and red sweet paprika to taste

- Prepare all pizza ingredients as listed. It is better to take boiled sausage. It should be cut into strips, or into pieces. It is desirable to cut thinly.

Recipe 2 - lazy pizza
Zucchini is the most affordable and common fruit. Cooking lazy pizza with him is a pleasure. It turns out to be tender and very tasty. You can bake it at any time, since zucchini are present in stores almost all year round. Prepared in a pan.
For lazy pizza, take the following ingredients:
- 1 young squash
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp. l. flour
- 20 g vegetable oil
- a pinch of salt
- at your discretion sausage, cheese and tomato
- Take a small young zucchini. It should be grated along with the skin. Salt. As soon as the juice leaves, squeeze it out.
- Add flour. You may need a little more flour. Look at the consistency of the dough. It should be like a pancake or a little thicker.
