Both children and adults love pizza and often indulge themselves with a slice in a fast food cafe. However, in most cases, such pizza is prepared from a frozen semi-finished product, which contains preservatives and food additives.

Of course, pizza is tasty and satisfying, but most housewives do not want to spend several hours preparing a dish, and the kitchen after preparing a traditional pizza will also take time to clean up. In such cases, a pizza cooked in a pan is an excellent solution. In this recipe, you do not need to knead and roll out the dough, and the whole process will take no more than half an hour.

To make a quick lazy pizza you will need:

- eggs - 1-2 pcs;

- sour cream - 4 tbsp. l;

- flour - about 10 tablespoons without a slide;

- mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons;

- salt and soda - 1/4 tsp each.

For filling:

- boiled sausage or sausages - 200 g;

- Bulgarian pepper - 1/2 pc;

- hard cheese - 250 g;

- tomatoes - 1-2 pcs;

- sunflower oil.

First, prepare the dough, for this we knock the eggs into a deep bowl, add mayonnaise and sour cream and beat with a whisk until smooth. Continuously stirring, add flour, and then salt and soda. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream, the presence of lumps is excluded.

We cut the sausage into thin worms (sausages in circles), tomatoes - into thin rings, pepper - into strips or cubes. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

Grease a non-stick frying pan with low sides with oil, transfer the dough into it, if necessary, level it with wet hands. Put pieces of sausage, tomatoes and pieces of bell pepper on the base, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook the pizza over low heat until the cheese is completely melted and the crust is browned underneath. Then carefully remove the pizza, transfer it to a dish, cut it into portions and serve warm to the table.
