There are always a lot of snacks on the rich festive table. But special attention and preference, according to tradition, is always given to hot appetizers. These snacks include a light chicken julienne, which will not leave anyone indifferent.
It is necessary

- - 50 g butter;
- - 1 PC. onions;
- - two cloves of garlic;
- - 300 g chicken fillet;
- - 70 g of semi-hard cheese;
- - 200 ml of milk;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Put 50 grams of butter in a preheated pan to melt. Cut the onions into small cubes and add to the pan. Bring over low heat until slightly golden brown.
Step 2
Take the chicken fillet, chop finely and put in the pan with the onion. Add two finely chopped cloves of garlic to this.
Step 3
To prepare the sauce, add two tablespoons of flour to cold milk, mix thoroughly and pour into the frying. For greater fat content, you can add a tablespoon of sour cream there. Simmer over low heat for five to ten minutes.
Step 4
Put in julienne tins (you can also use shortbread or puff tartlets) chicken with sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Put the tins with julienne on a baking sheet and send to the oven to bake for twenty minutes at 180 ° until fully cooked.
Step 5
If you want to make the julienne colorful and surprise your guests, then you can add carrot juice, some beets or spinach.
