The yeast-free apple pie looks very nice - it turns out to be ruddy, decorated with baked apples, which are well felt in finished baked goods. And most importantly - you don't need to mess around with yeast dough for a long time.

It is necessary

  • - 455 g of wheat flour;
  • - 150 g butter;
  • - 100 g of sugar;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 yolk;
  • - 7 apples;
  • - baking powder, milk, vanilla sugar, blueberry jam, salt, to taste and by eye.

Instructions

Step 1

For this pie, use small apples. Sift wheat flour with baking powder, add eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, butter, about 5 tablespoons of milk. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, having previously separated a little dough for future sides.

Step 2

Line a baking dish with baking paper. Rinse apples, cut into halves, remove cores, peel. Place the dough on the bottom of the mold, shape the sides. Place the apples on the dough, cut upwards, drowning them a little in the dough.

Step 3

Partially fill the apples with jam. Fill the gaps between the apples with small balls of dough. Send the form to the oven, cook for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. The cake should be well browned.

Step 4

After 20 minutes, be sure to take out the cake and spread it with a mixture of yolk and milk. Then bake until tender. Cool the yeast-free apple pie before serving.
