  • - black peppercorns;
  • - vegetable oil for frying;
  • - packaging of puff pastry.

Instructions

Step 1

Pepper pork with mashed potatoes

Try this delicious Scottish-inspired dish. Serve with green salad or pickled vegetables. Make mashed potatoes first. Peel the potatoes, boil in salted boiling water. Mash the tubers with butter, add salt and warmed cream. Mix the puree thoroughly.
