This original recipe for preparing a Japanese dish is called "Russian rolls". In addition to classic ingredients, an unusual addition is used here - champignons, beloved by everyone.

Cut the cucumbers and fish into strips, chop the pre-boiled mushrooms. Spread the rice in an even layer on a sheet of nori seaweed. Make a stripe indentation in the center of the evenly spaced rice. Arrange cucumber, fish, mushrooms in a row and roll into a roll with a mat. Cut it into equal parts with a knife soaked in cold water. On the table, rolls are best served with ginger and soy sauce.
