Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the rice and cover with 3 cups of water. Cook it until tender over low heat until the water has completely disappeared.

Step 2

Mix one glass of soy vinegar with a tablespoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix the mixture thoroughly with a homogeneous mass. Add cooked vinegar to already cooked but hot rice. Stir the mixture and cool.

Step 3

Cut the cucumbers and fish into strips, chop the pre-boiled mushrooms. Spread the rice in an even layer on a sheet of nori seaweed. Make a stripe indentation in the center of the evenly spaced rice. Arrange cucumber, fish, mushrooms in a row and roll into a roll with a mat. Cut it into equal parts with a knife soaked in cold water. On the table, rolls are best served with ginger and soy sauce.
