Chicken rolls stuffed with mushrooms, cheese and eggs is another very tasty and fairly simple dish that goes well with any side dish.

It is necessary

  • - 600 g of chicken breasts;
  • - 250 g of champignons or other mushrooms;
  • - 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • - greens;
  • - 6 quail eggs;
  • - 100 g of hard cheese;
  • - a little salt;
  • - a little black pepper;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

For a roll, you can use not only a whole chicken breast, but also two fillets.

Step 2

Wash my breast, separate the meat from the bones. Divide the breast into two parts. We cut each part and unfold it like a book, beat it off a little.

Step 3

Salt and pepper the meat to taste, add spices (you can use any spice mixture for chicken). We leave the meat for half an hour.

Step 4

Cut the champignons into slices, fry in hot oil until tender.

Step 5

We clean the cloves of garlic, wash and dry the greens. Chop finely and add to the pan to the mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste, mix, transfer to a plate.

Step 6

Large three cheese. Sprinkle the cooled mushrooms with cheese and stir.

Step 7

Put fried mushrooms with cheese on each part of the chop meat, put three boiled quail eggs on top (you can take ordinary eggs, but then they will need to be cut into halves). We fold the meat with the filling into a roll, tie it with a thick thread. We wrap the rolls in a layer of foil and bake at 200 degrees in the oven for half an hour.

Step 8

Put the finished rolls on a plate and leave for 10-15 minutes. Remove the foil and threads. Cut into beautiful portions, put on a plate, decorate with a sprig of parsley or cilantro and serve.
