An appetizer like mushrooms is always quickly sold out on the festive table. And it's good if you have a recipe for stuffed and baked mushrooms with chicken and cheese in the oven in reserve, which will certainly come in handy.
It is necessary
- -10 champignons,
- -60 grams of feta,
- -50 grams of mozzarella,
- -150 grams of chicken fillet,
- -4 tablespoons of sour cream,
- -1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour
- -1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil
- - a little parsley,
- - a little fine sea salt,
- - a little ground pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the mushrooms under running water, dry them. Separate the caps from the mushrooms, which we put in a baking dish. We put baking parchment in the form in advance. Place the champignon caps with the holes up.
Step 2
We wash the fillet, dry it, cut into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the meat for five minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Cut the champignon legs into small pieces, add to the meat, mix and continue to fry for another five minutes.
Step 4
In a cup, mix 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream with a tablespoon of flour. Pour the resulting mixture into a pan with chicken and mushrooms. Add salt and ground pepper to taste (you can add a pinch of sweet paprika), cook for ten minutes, the mixture should thicken. Remove the pan from heat and cool the mushroom filling.
Step 5
Add grated feta and chopped parsley to the cooled mushroom filling, mix well. Stuff the mushrooms with the filling, sprinkle with chopped mozzarella on top.
Step 6
Set the temperature on the oven to 180 degrees, leave it to warm up.
We bake the stuffed mushrooms for about 20 minutes, after which we take them out of the oven, leave for five minutes and serve. Decorate with sprigs of greenery.
