Many people think that healthy and wholesome food is something green and not very tasty. But there are two products that run counter to this vision. The first product is chicken meat, which is a source of protein, and the second is mushrooms, low in calories and satisfying. The combination of these two products is capable of giving gastronomic delight.
It is necessary
- 500 grams of chicken breasts,
- 100 grams of hard cheese
- 200 grams of champignons,
- 1 large onion
- 100 grams of mayonnaise,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 0.5 teaspoons of salt,
- 0.5 tsp dry spices,
- 2 pinches of dill
- 0.5 cups cucumber marinade.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse fillets and mushrooms well. Peel the onion.
Step 2
Cut the fillet into slices slightly obliquely. Beat the slices with a hammer. Transfer the fillet slices to a bowl and cover with cucumber marinade for 20 minutes. Marinade can be not only from cucumbers, but also from canned tomatoes.
Step 3
Cut the peeled onion into half rings. Fry in vegetable oil for 30 seconds, then reduce heat to low and sauté onion for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the mushrooms into slices. Put the onion in a cup, and put the chopped mushrooms in the pan, add heat and fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes. Transfer the mushrooms to a plate.
Step 5
Rinse and chop the dill. Grate the cheese coarsely.
Step 6
Line a baking sheet with foil and brush with vegetable oil (without foil).
Step 7
Drain the marinade from the fillet. Arrange the fillet slices on a baking sheet. Season the meat with spices, salt and pepper. Brush the fillets with mayonnaise. Put mushrooms on greased fillet slices, onions on mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. Apply the remaining mayonnaise to the cheese. Sprinkle with dill on top.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the chicken fillet baking sheet in the oven for 35 minutes.
Gently transfer the baked breasts to a wide plate and serve.
