It is necessary

  • - 3 chicken breasts;
  • - 400 gr. champignons;
  • - 120 gr. grated cheese;
  • - 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 35 gr. flour;
  • - salt and pepper;
  • - 120 ml of chicken broth;
  • - a few drops of balsamic vinegar;
  • - half a teaspoon of dry thyme;
  • - 3 tablespoons of starch.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut each breast into 2 fillets.

Cut the champignons into slices.

In a bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper (to taste). Roll the fillets in this mixture.

Fry fillets in olive oil for 5 minutes on each side. We transfer to a plate.

Fry the mushrooms in the same oil with half a teaspoon of salt, balsamic vinegar and thyme. After a few minutes, pour in the chicken broth and simmer the mushrooms for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the starch and stir for another 2 minutes to thicken the sauce. We transfer the mushrooms to a plate.

Return the chicken to the pan. Put mushrooms on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Close the pan with a lid and cook the chicken over low heat for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
