Chicken rolls are very satisfying and appetizing. They can be served as a main course on a festive table.
It is necessary
- - chicken breasts 4 pcs.;
- - minced meat from pork 1, 5 kg;
- - mushrooms 0.5 kg;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - soft cheese 300 g;
- - chopped parsley 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - a mixture of Provencal herbs 1 tbsp;
- - mayonnaise;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash chicken breasts, dry, beat off on both sides through cling film. Arrange the breasts next to each other to make a single piece for the roll. Beat off the joints again.
Step 2
Peel and chop the onion. Fry the onions in a skillet until golden brown. Finely chop the mushrooms, then add to the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the minced meat. Simmer in a skillet for about 7 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Cut 4 thin slices from a piece of cheese. Cut the rest into small cubes and mix with the minced meat. Add salt, pepper, Provencal herbs and herbs to the minced meat. Spread the minced meat on the edge of the chicken fillet, wrap the meat in a roll.
Step 4
Wrap the roll in foil so that the juice does not flow out during baking. Bake the roll for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Then open the foil on top, lay out 4 slices of cheese, bake for another 15 minutes.
