Chicken breast is one of the most dietary and healthy foods. It contains vitamins and minerals, and the amount of cholesterol is minimal. Therefore, in the arsenal of each housewife there should be as many recipes as possible, according to which you can cook a delicious chicken.

- Ingredients for 2 persons:
- - 1 breast, cut into 2 fillets;
- - 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard;
- - 3 tablespoons of honey;
- - a teaspoon of lemon juice;
- 1/2 teaspoon of Worcester sauce
- - a pinch of ground red pepper;
- - 50 gr. smoked bacon;
- - 100 gr. champignons;
- - grated cheese;
- - salt and pepper;
- - olive oil;
- - a couple of sprigs of parsley for decoration (you can use dry parsley).
Instructions
Step 1
We start by making the marinade. Combine mustard, honey, lemon juice, red pepper and Worcester sauce.
Step 2
Put the chicken breast in a deep plate and pour over the sauce, cover with a lid or cling film. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180C. Cut the bacon into thin strips and lightly fry in a skillet without oil. We transfer it to a plate, and fry the chicken breasts in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate of bacon. Fry the chopped champignons.
Step 4
Grease the mold with butter and lay out the chicken breasts. Pepper and salt, top with pieces of bacon and mushrooms. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the breasts. We bake chicken meat for 20-25 minutes. Decorate with chopped parsley before serving.
Step 5
As a side dish, you can use green beans boiled in salted water.
