Zucchini is rightfully called a dietary fruit. Due to its composition, it is used during diets, they begin to feed small children. It is recommended for patients suffering from sugar debit. Many delicious dishes are prepared from it.
Benefits and composition
The fact that zucchini is healthy is evidenced by its chemical composition. It does not contain any fat. It contains a minimum of fatty acids. Cholesterol is completely absent, but there is a lot of useful and necessary for our body - nicotinic acid, vitamin E, tartronic and ascorbic acid and much more. Due to its composition, zucchini is a healing product that helps with many diseases: it strengthens the nervous system, helps the liver, heart, arteries, helps to reduce pressure, and improves the digestive tract. Nutritionists recommend eating raw zucchini or dishes with them more often.
Zucchini rolls with cheese
For the dish you need to take:
- 2 courgettes (zucchini is better)
- hard cheese (good mozzarella)
- 2 tbsp. l. tariyaki sauce
- salt to taste
- 1 st. l. sesame seeds
- olive oil to taste
- skewers (toothpicks)
- Take young zucchini, with a thin skin. Cut them into slices about 3 mm thick. It is good to do this with a gadget for cutting vegetables. On one side of the plate, grease with olive oil (you can use the other) and salt (preferably with fine salt).
- Next, lightly fry the zucchini, but it is better to bake in the oven. Can be grilled, also lightly, without getting carried away with frying.
- Cut the cheese into pieces. Place the cheese on the side where the zucchini plate was added. Roll gently into a roll. Pour sauce over each roll and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Lightly fry the seeds in a dry frying pan. To prevent the rolls from unfolding, secure with a skewer or a toothpick.
Zucchini cake "Fantasy"
This unusual cake will not leave anyone indifferent.
For a squash cake you will need:
- 500 g zucchini
- 1 tbsp. l. wheat flour
- 1 chicken egg
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (sunflower, olive, or your favorite)
- to taste turmeric, cumin and cumin
- to taste salt, black ground pepper
For the filling you will need to take:
- 200 g curd cheese
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp. l. olives (pitted)
- 0.5 pickled or pickled cucumber
- sprig of basil
- Take zucchini, wash, peel. Cut randomly into pieces and grind in any way - blender, grater, meat grinder. Let stand for a while and drain off the liquid that has formed. Add flour, an egg, the specified spices or those that you like to the mass. Send salt and pepper there. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Bake 3 cakes (pancakes) from the resulting squash mass and vegetable oil in a pan.
- Prepare the filling: wash the pepper and cut into small pieces, also - the cucumber. Chop the olives finely too. Pass the garlic through a press or crush and chop finely. Grind the basil leaves. Mash the curd cheese (you can use a fork) and add to the chopped ingredients. Mix.
- Grease each squash cake well with the filling, stacking on top of each other. You can decorate with greens.
