It is necessary

  • - 1 kg of potatoes;
  • - 2 chicken breasts;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 1 liter of broth;
  • - 500 ml 33% cream;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut part of the chicken fillet (about half) into cubes, place in a suitable sized saucepan, cover with broth and add water. Simmer over medium heat. Peel the potatoes, rinse thoroughly, cut into cubes and place in a saucepan with chicken and broth to cook.

Step 2

Peel the onion and chop it finely. Peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater. Saute the onions and carrots in vegetable oil, then add to the saucepan. After the soup has boiled, add salt to taste, reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes.

Step 3

While the soup is cooking, boil the rest of the chicken fillet whole in lightly salted water. When the chicken is cooked, place it to cool. Leave the broth. Cut the chicken into slices or cubes (whichever you prefer). When the soup is ready, drain the broth and leave only the vegetables and meat.

Step 4

Using a blender, grind everything to a puree-like gruel. Then add cream to the blender bowl and whisk again. Add the broth obtained after boiling the chicken until the soup has the desired consistency. Depending on your preference, you can give the soup the consistency of thick sour cream or make it thinner.

Step 5

Pieces of boiled chicken can be added directly to the pot or laid out on plates. Also, if you wish, you can add greens for decoration; dill is best for this.
