- - 125 ml sour cream;

- - A small bunch of green onions.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the green onions into rings and separate the green from the white.
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a soup pot and brown the white onion rings.

Add the diced potatoes, fry for 2 minutes, then add the sour cream and thyme.
