Any seafood is extremely valuable food for humans. Tomato soup with rice and seafood will become not only a decoration for your table, but also a very healthy dish.
It is necessary
- - 2 liters of fish broth;
- - 2 onions;
- - a can of tomatoes in their own juice;
- - 450 gr. frozen seafood;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 2 medium sized potatoes;
- - 100 gr. round grain rice;
- - 1/2 bunch of greens;
- - soy sauce (to taste);
- - lemon juice (to taste).
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel potatoes. Cut it into strips. Rinse the rice.
Step 2
Bring the fish stock to a boil, then add the rice to it, and after 10 minutes add the potatoes.
Step 3
While the rice and potatoes are boiling, let's get down to further preparations. Peel the onions, wash and cut into half rings. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions in it. It needs to be fried for about 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add seafood. Cover the saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Peel and chop canned tomatoes. Add them to the seafood saucepan. Add 3-4 tablespoons of tomato juice there. Simmer all this for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. You can add soy sauce and / or lemon juice to taste.
Step 5
Place ready-made seafood in a saucepan with rice and potatoes. Bring the mixture to a boil. Season with salt and spices to taste. When removing soup from heat, add finely chopped herbs.
Step 6
Taste if the rice is ready. If it's ready, cover the soup with a lid and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve hot. When serving, you can add garlic croutons, herbs or a slice of lemon to the soup.
