This salad can be used as a substitute for a late dinner, because for all its nutritional value, it contains few calories. And the secret of its piquant taste lies in an unusual dressing, consisting of a large number of simple components.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of rice noodles;
- - 1 head of red onion;
- - 200 g soy sprouts;
- - 100 g squid;
- - 150 g cooked frozen shrimp;
- - cucumber;
- - Bulgarian pepper;
- - a pinch of cilantro and dill;
- - salt to taste.
- For refueling:
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - 1 cm of ginger root;
- - 2 teaspoons of sesame oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce;
- - ½ teaspoon of sugar;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 2 cm of chili peppers;
- - 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dressing first, as it should sit for a while. To do this, grate the ginger, chop the garlic and finely chop the chili pepper. Place all of these ingredients in a deep cup and cover them with lemon juice, butter, and soy sauce. Add sugar to the food and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Salt and dip the shrimp with squid. Cook for 3 minutes. Then remove them on a plate, cool and cut into thin strips.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the rice noodles and leave covered for 5 minutes. After the allotted time, discard it in a colander. When the water is completely drained, transfer the noodles to a salad bowl, add seafood, soy sprouts and chopped vegetables to it. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad before serving.
