It is necessary

  • For four servings:
  • - 200 g shrimp;
  • - 100 g of mussels;
  • - 100 g of rice noodles;
  • - 50 ml of dry white wine;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 2 cm of ginger root;
  • - 1 chili pepper;
  • - half a lemon;

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the garlic, finely chop together with a piece of ginger. Heat a frying pan, add a little olive oil, add ginger and garlic, lightly fry. Add the headless shrimp and mussel meat and cook together until all moisture has evaporated. If the shrimp were raw, then they need to be put in the pan 3 minutes before the mussel meat.

Step 2

When the seafood juice has evaporated, you need to pour dry white wine into the pan. Add fresh lemon juice from half of the fruit there. Evaporate about 2/3. After that, remove the frying pan from heat. Add sesame seeds, sesame oil. Pour in soy sauce to taste, but do not add a lot of liquid. Stir.

Step 3

Pour boiling water over rice (glass noodles), leave for 15 minutes. During this time, it will become soft, it is not required to boil it. Then drain the noodles. Add noodles to seafood.

Step 4

Now the seafood salad with rice noodles should be infused for 10-15 minutes, so that in the end it has a richer flavor. Wash the green onions and fresh parsley and chop smaller. Decorate the prepared salad with herbs, serve it on the table.
