Many people love Japanese noodles with different fillings, called wok (wok). Some prefer egg, others - glass, others - buckwheat. Let's try to cook buckwheat wok noodles with seafood.
It is necessary
- - buckwheat noodles;
- - soy sauce;
- - teriyaki sauce;
- - carrot;
- - Bell pepper;
- - avocado;
- - green beans (optional);
- - seafood or chicken;
- - honey.
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare a dish that will be as similar to the original as possible, you need special products. We buy round buckwheat noodles in the store. Usually it is divided into four servings, but one such serving is enough for two. We take a saucepan and boil like ordinary pasta, only a little less in time. As soon as the noodles are boiled, immediately remove from heat. It usually takes about 5 minutes to cook over medium heat.
Step 2
Choosing the filling for the dish. Can be cooked with chicken, fish and beef using the same recipe. BUT we will do with seafood. We take a frozen assorted bag (usually it contains mussels, squid, shrimp and octopus) and throw half of the contents into boiling water. Cook over medium heat for ten minutes until tender, i.e. until they soften and swell. Then we drain the water through a colander.
Step 3
Let's prepare the vegetable filling. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the bell peppers into cubes, also cut into cubes or small rectangles of the avocado. Those who love green beans can add. You just need to boil it first. Throw all this into a deep frying pan, oiled and fry over low heat until the avocado appears juice and golden brown. 5 minutes until cooked, pour all this with soy sauce, mix and begin to simmer for 2 minutes. Then add seafood to the pan, mix again and simmer everything together. Let's not forget about a small fire!
Step 4
When your filling is stewed and soft and smells spicy, it's time to add the buckwheat noodles. Mix everything thoroughly, cover and simmer over low heat for 4 minutes. Then mix again and close the lid for a minute.
Step 5
Add ingredients for interesting notes. We take liquid honey (if it is sugared, then melt it) and pour it on an almost finished wok in the amount of 2-3 tablespoons. We mix. Next, take the wok dressing (the most delicious and versatile is the teriyaki sauce) and pour half of the bag onto a four-person serving. Stir, cover with a lid, keep on fire for a minute, then turn off and let the finished dish stand for another two minutes.
