  • - 100 g of fat sour cream;
  • - 200 g of mayonnaise;
  • - 10 g of potato starch;
  • - 2 g of cilantro;
  • - 2 g of black ground pepper;
  • - 2 g of red ground pepper;
  • - 2 g of hops-suneli;
  • - salt to taste.

Step 1

For this recipe, you can take pork or beef, the main thing is that the meat is not very fatty and sinewy. Rinse fresh meat well in cold running water. Remove excess fat and veins, if necessary. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut into very small pieces. You can freeze the meat a little in the freezer and grate it on a coarse grater.

In a small cup, combine sour cream and mayonnaise, add a little salt and spices, mix well the resulting sauce with a fork. Let it sit for one hour in the refrigerator.

Wash the onion well, peel and grate on a fine grater. In a small bowl, combine the meat and onions, mix thoroughly with your hands and add the present sauce. Leave in a cool place to infuse for one to two hours.

Heat the pan well, add some vegetable oil. Spoon the meat into the pan in small portions, press down a little and shape. Cook the meat on both sides until golden brown. Serve slightly cooled with spicy sauces.
