It is necessary

  • - beans - 100 g;
  • - onions - 150 g;
  • - minced meat - 500 g;
  • - egg - 1 pc.;
  • - tomatoes - 700 g;
  • - thyme - 5-6 branches;
  • - pepper;

Instructions

Step 1

First, pour the beans into a separate, fairly deep bowl. Fill it with enough cold water. It should stay soaked for at least 3 hours. After this time has passed, place the beans in a suitable saucepan and cook according to the directions on the package.

Step 2

When the beans are completely cooked, drain all the liquid from them and let them cool completely. As soon as this happens, transfer it to a blender, more precisely to its bowl and grind it.

Chop the onion into very small pieces with a knife, then fry it in sunflower oil until its color turns golden. Place the sautéed onions over the beans. After thoroughly mixing the resulting mixture, add salt and pepper to it.

After making several small cuts on the tomato, scald with boiling water. After this procedure, its skin is removed without much effort. Grind the peeled vegetables with a blender.

Step 5

Season the minced meat to your liking with salt and pepper. Then add one raw chicken egg there. Mix everything properly. From the resulting mass, make small tortillas and put a mixture of boiled beans and fried onions on them.

Roll the stuffed cakes into ball-shaped figures and place them in a baking dish in one or a maximum of two layers. Pour the balls with a liquid mass of tomatoes so that it completely covers them. Sprinkle the dish with pre-chopped herbs and bake in the oven, the temperature of which is 180 degrees, for 50 minutes.
